Apple ‘Golden Delicious’ (Mini Fruit Tree)

A versatile garden variety in the warmer parts of the UK, Apple ‘Golden Delicious’ can be used as both a dessert and a cooking apple. It produces good yields of good looking golden-green apples, which store well for a long period after harvesting. When grafted onto a dwarfing rootstock, the crowns of ?Golden Delicious? trees remain in easy reach for pruning, spraying and picking your delicious apple crop. This variety is partially self-fertile, and best grown with another to ensure good pollination. If you only have space for one apple tree then ensure a neighbour has a tree that can act as a suitable pollinator. Height and spread if not containerised: 2.5m (8?) Rootstock: M9.
