Apple (Malus) Discovery

Apple Discovery is a very well known dessert apple, with a lovely sweet flavour similar to a strawberry flavour. It has a short storage potential so is best eaten straight from the tree. This variety ripens early in late August and provides a good crop. A semi-dwarf tree reaching a mature height of up to 4m (13′). The variety is not self-fertile, for heavier crops grow with another variety. Estimated time to cropping once planted: 2 years.Best yields after 5 years of establishment.
