Clematis ‘The Vagabond’

Captivating dark purple blooms featuring a red bar through each petal and creamy white anthers in the middle. A relatively new variety, it is a natural hybrid of Clematis ‘Red Cardinal’ and just as charming. Flowering twice in a season, the first in early summer is particularly prolific. Clematis ‘The Vagabond’ has a neat, manageable and compact habit – making it perfect for large patio containers. Height: 2m (6′). Spread: 1m (3′). Pruning group: 2.
