Leek Plants – Autumn Mixed
Top quality crops into the winter months! The Leek Autumn Mix, is a mixture of top quality F1 leek varieties. The perfect addition to any vegetable garden or allotment, you will be harvesting delicious leeks from September through to the winter. Great variety of leeks for successional harvest making a tasty alternative to add to your favourite seasonal recipes. Caring for your Leek plants Leeks should be watered regularly until fully established. Once established, they will only require watering during very dry periods. Hoe between rows of leeks to destroy weeds and bring insect larvae to the surface. Leeks can be harvested from autumn onwards; however, they stand well in the ground and can be lifted when required throughout the winter and spring. Lift leeks by levering them out of the ground with a spade or fork.
