Spiraea japonica ‘Firelight’

Spiraea japonica ‘Firelight’ is a very colourful addition to the garden, boasting dull red to bronze foliage that changes to green in summer and then reddish purple in the autumn. In summer the display also includes clusters of small, rosy-pink flowers. A good choice for welcoming bees and other pollinating insects into the garden, Spiraea japonica ‘Firelight’ has been given the RHS Perfect for Pollinators award. It loves a dry to moist spot with free-draining soil, in the sun. Height: 120cm (47). Spread: 100cm (39).
