Tilia cordata (Hedging)

The Small-Leaved Lime is often seen planted in long stands as avenue trees, but is also idea for hedges and screening. The dark green foliage make the small white summer flowers really stand out, and as the leaves slowly turn to yellow winged seeds develop in clusters. Tilia cordata is a good choice for a boundary hedge, easy to grow and maintain. Supplied as 60 – 80cm bareroots (24 – 31) Height: 12m (39′). Spread: 8m (26′). Planting Distance: 30cm (12).
