Agapanthus ‘Sweet Surprise’

Agapanthus ‘Sweet Surprise’ sports umbels of pale blue flowers between late June and August. Each flower has a charming star-shape once opened fully and a dark blue stripe down the centre of each petal. With stiff, upright stems that rise above clumps of strap-like, semi-evergreen foliage, it is perfect as ground cover. Being low maintenance, African Blue Lilies are robust and resilient. A neat and compact variety , it is ideal for for cheering up up patio pots and the architectural flowers are perfect at the front of perennial borders. It also makes a good cut flower. Height: 60cm (24). Spread: 50cm (20).
