Clematis ‘Honora’
Clematis ‘Honora’ is well worth growing for its profusion of large, velvety-purple flowers, each bearing a distinct burgundy bar through the centre of each sepal. A seldom-seen and large-flowered variety, ‘Honora’ blooms from June to July, with a second flush of flowers in late summer. A striking climber, it happily covers walls, fences and pergolas, creating an eye-catching garden feature. Easy-to-maintain, it can be cut back almost to ground level each year. Height: 3.5m (11′). Spread: 1m (3′). Pruning group: 3.
