Acer Plant – shirasawanum Aureum

Acer shirasawanum ‘Aureum’ also known as golden Shirasawa maple is one of the best yellow-leaved Japanese maples. This bushy deciduous shrub is slow growing and has green leaves that are bright yellow in the summer. RHS Award of Garden Merit winner. Will grow to 4-8 Metres. Supplied as a 20-25cm plant in a 3-4 litre pot. Acers are a wonderful family of deciduous trees and shrubs which put on a show-stopping display with their beautiful foliage, graceful habits and autumn colours. Plus they’re usually quite slow-growing, making them an ideal choice for a container on the patio as well.
