Achillea ‘Terracotta’

Achillea ‘Terracotta’ is a tough plant, reliable on light sandy soils and perfect for thriving in harsh coastal conditions. From June through to August the fern-like, aromatic foliage is topped with flat, terracotta flower heads that subtly mature and fade to a soft yellow. A hardy perennial, it is ideal for grouping in large swathes amongst tall grasses in prairie planting schemes. It is equally at home in a sunny cottage garden border or wildlife garden; where its nectar rich flowers will attract pollinating bees and insects. This Yarrow also makes a lovely cut flower both fresh or dried. Height: 80cm (32). Spread: 60cm (24).
