Clematis ‘Jan Pawel II’
This delicate Clematis was named after one of the most popular Popes in modern history, Pope John Paul II and was created in Poland in 1980. Clematis ‘Jan Pawel II’ has beautifully symetric, large flowers that are soft cream with a pale pink stripe and deep red anthers in the centre. Growing them up against a very dark wall or fence creates a particularly striking effect. This rambling Clematis is also perfect for growing up a pergola, as the blooms will soon cover the wooden frame. It will flower from June onwards. Height: 300cm (118). Spread 90cm (35). Pruning group: 2.
