Wild Cherry (Hedging)

Wild Cherries planted in hedges start spring off in dramatic style with an abundance of stunning pure white flowers. When the leaves start to develop the flowers will produce small, bright red cherries which will add colour to the hedge but will also entice a wide range of birds, if you can beat them to the berries they are ideal for cooking and jam. The final autumn flush of leaves will show colours of reds, golds and yellows before the leaves begin to fall. Height: 12m (39′). Spread: 8m (26′). Planting Distance: 30cm (12). (4 plants per metre for a single line hedge).
