Hydrangea quercifolia ‘Snow Queen’

This is a truly magnificent shrub for the border or woodland garden, fine and eye-catching through several seasons of the year. Hydrangea quercifolia ‘Snow Queen’ starts its magic in spring, when bright green fresh leaves make their appearance, their oak-leaf shape earning this lovely spreading plant the common name of ‘oak-leafed Hydrangea’. In early summer, dramatic white flowers appear, hanging from the branches in cone-shaped clusters. As the summer progresses, the flowers fade to a pale, dusky pink and the leaves take on gorgeous autumn colours of reds, golds and yellows. Height: 250cm (98). Spread 250cm (98).
